Deze villa ligt in de exclusieve Urbanización Aljamar in Nerja en is de ideale plek voor wie op zoek is naar een evenwicht tussen een rustige woonomgeving en de nabijheid van alle actie. Hier kunt u de dag beginnen met een kopje koffie op het terras van 30 m² met uitzicht op zee en de bergen, of genieten van een vroege duik in uw eigen privézwembad voordat u naar het strand gaat.De woning: De woning is functioneel verdeeld over drie verdiepingen. Op de begane grond wordt u verwelkomd door een volledig uitgeruste keuken die in verbinding staat met een lichte woonkamer met snelle wifi. Het slaapgedeelte bestaat uit 3 slaapkamers: twee met tweepersoonsbedden en één met twee eenpersoonsbedden, allemaal met matrassen van hoge kwaliteit. Er zijn 2 complete badkamers en een extra toilet.
Binnen- en buitenleven: Het ontwerp stimuleert het buitenleven. De woonkamer komt uit op een terras dat perfect is om buiten te dineren, terwijl twee van de slaapkamers direct toegang hebben tot het privézwembad, zodat u meteen na het ontwaken een verfrissende duik kunt nemen. Het juweeltje is het privé dakterras, een ontspanningsruimte met ligstoelen om in alle privacy te zonnen en te genieten van het weidse uitzicht.

La facilidad y rapidez en la comunicación son aspectos fundamentales para una experiencia sin complicaciones y parece que lograron brindarte eso. Además, es maravilloso que te ofrecieran facilidades y comodidades que hicieron que tu estadía fuera aún más agradable. Es importante mencionar que el alojamiento cumplió con lo que prometía en las fotografías. This is our 2nd year using Casasol. Service again was excellent. Every request dealt with promptly. This is a spacious villa with good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Fully fitted kitchen and BBQ on the terrace. Beautiful roof terrace also. bekijk meer
This is our 2nd year using Casasol. Service again was excellent. Every request dealt with promptly. This is a spacious villa with good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Fully fitted kitchen and BBQ on the terrace. Beautiful roof terrace also. The private pool was great to have. The communal pool is also lovely and was never too busy. The local bus has a stop at the back of the complex which is very handy. Also, a lovely cafe/bar called La Cascada at the back of the complex which serves great breakfasts and lunch. The villa is located at the top of a very steep hill which may not suit older people. We had a hire car so supermarkets etc weren't a problem. Lots of parking available outside the complex also. Thank you Sandra & team for another great holiday. We will see you again in 2024.

Your description of the spacious villa with comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace featuring a BBQ and beautiful roof terrace sounds like the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. We're glad you enjoyed the private pool, as well as the serene communal pool which was never too crowded. The convenience of the local bus stop and the delightful cafe/bar, La Cascada, must have added to the overall convenience and charm of the complex.
